Terms of Service

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or otherwise doing business with Deww Not Disturb, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking and arriving on time for their scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule depending on the amount of time remaining. Applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible and follow the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, and no-shows may be subject to a fee or loss of any deposit or prepaid amount associated with the appointment.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered on completed services, retail products, packages, gift cards, or prepaid appointments.

Any accommodations or account credits offered due to an extenuating circumstance are determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Deww Not Disturb.

Services & Results

Every client's skin, lashes, lifestyle, health history, and response to treatment are unique. While services and homecare recommendations are selected with your individual goals in mind, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Some services may require multiple treatments, consistent homecare, proper aftercare, and ongoing maintenance to achieve and maintain the best possible results.

Advanced & Corrective Treatments

Certain services, including chemical peels and microneedling, may require consultation, appropriate skin preparation, completion of consent and medical intake forms, and/or specific homecare before treatment.

Deww Not Disturb reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment if it is determined that proceeding may not be appropriate or safe for the client at that time.

Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant medications, allergies, recent procedures, health information, and changes that may affect their treatment.

Retail Products

Product recommendations are made based on the information available at the time of consultation or treatment. Individual reactions, sensitivities, and results may vary.

Clients should follow the recommended directions for use and discontinue use and contact an appropriate healthcare professional if they experience a concerning reaction.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Deww Not Disturb reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including for safety concerns, contraindications, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, failure to follow studio policies, or circumstances in which providing the requested service would not be in the client's best interest.

Policy Updates

These Terms of Service and studio policies may be updated periodically. The policies in effect at the time of booking, purchase, or service will apply.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or completing payment with Deww Not Disturb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
